It has innovative signature cocktails (Martini, Margaritas, Daiquiris) and mocktails as oriental moksha, rejuvenation, upbeat etc.
InSomnia takes pride in having over 120 fine wine labels. The wine list includes deceptions that reflect new thinking. It has best of French wines as Chateau Latour, Louis Crystal to new age Chilean (Tarapaca) and Californian (Sonoma) and much more. The walk-in wine cellar offers many more choices from the world over. InSomnia has introduced special ‘wine by the glass’ choices from all over the world including fine Champagne. InSomnia is about food as much as it is about drinks. The cuisine reflects art deco tastes, yet being trendy. The menu items do not have boundaries. From warm petit quiches and crusties to hot canapés and boozy steaks makes the menu varied. Not a long menu but items carefully hand picked for delightful meal to suite tastes. The choice of ingredients and sauces are trendy and satisfying. The menu has a delicate balance of liquor and fruits in our flambé dessert selection, as well as in appetizers and main course.

Alluring all ages, InSomnia is an amalgamation of Colonial Art Deco with contemporary feel. The structure of Art Deco is based on mathematical geometric shapes. It is widely considered to be an eclectic form of elegant and stylish modernism, being influenced by a variety of sources. Designed by Pradeep Sachdeva (Pradeep Sachdeva Design Associates) the design influences are expressed in fractionated, crystalline, faceted forms of decorative Cubism and Futurism, in Fauvism's palette. The bold use of stepped forms and sweeping curves (unlike the sinuous, natural curves), chevron patterns, and the sunburst motif are typical of Art Deco. InSomnia blends with the hotel, which by itself reflects colonial times.
At ‘InSomnia’, the specially designed crockery, cutlery from Sambonnet and glassware from Schott Swiezel accentuate the style and elegance of the place. Combining impeccable service, well-equipped meeting facilities, and wireless broadband Internet access, the Ambassador Hotel, centrally located and exuding a colonial charm, is the ideal setting for conferences, receptions and events. Its beautifully landscaped lawns are another elegant venue for large gatherings of up to 400 guests. Three meeting rooms can seat 40 to 200, auditorium-style or 50 to 300 for receptions.
