At WINK, guests can indulge in one of the largest and most exclusive collection of spirits from leading international brands. With over 40 brands of whiskies including rare malts such as a great 40-year-old Glenfiddich and a sublime 1964 Girvan first batch distillation, premium and regular scotches, Tennessee, Bourbon and Canadian; WINK will surely leave the ever increasing whiskey lovers asking for more. Likewise, a 25-year-old Remy Martin Louis XIII cognac will be the brandy lovers delight.
Guests can also choose from over 25 vodkas from Russia, Poland, Sweden, France, Finland and USA, including flavored variants. A selection of eclectic cocktails served in unique and interesting combinations including champagne based, classics, some WINK signature specials, specially created Winktinis such as Wasabi Martini (vodka, wasabi paste, sour mix), and tall drinks that include the exotic Japanese Slipper (tequila, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, sour mix) and Yokohama (vodka, cranberry juice, lychee juice) are just a few amongst the plethora of offerings at WINK.

DINING @ WINK
WINK offers its guests a range of cocktail snacks that blend perfectly with its mood and ambience. The sushi counter has a fine selection of authentic vegetarian and seafood sushi and maki rolls. These include Temaki Sushi (tempura prawns), Maguro Maki (red tuna), Spicy Sake Maki (salmon), Kappa Maki (cucumber), Abokado Maki (avocado) and Oshinko Maki (yellow raddish), to name a few. Guest can also enjoy relish the Nigiri Sushi that includes Tai (white fish), Ika (calamari), Shime Saba (mackerel), Kani Kama (crab) and Anango (smoked eel), amongst others. In addition, WINK serves some of the great favourites from Thai Pavilion and Konkan Café.
SERVICE & THE WORKS @ WINK
The service at WINK is stylish, friendly and professional. The bar staff has been specially trained under the tutorage of Nick Hawkins, the celebrity bartender from UK, and the world-renowned Giancarlo Mancino, who has been awarded the ‘Bond Barman & Barmaids 2004’ award and selected as a top class bartender.
The glassware by Schott Swizell, crockery by Villeroy Bosch and cutlery by Rosenthal, accentuate the style and informal elegance of this unique bar.
KONKAN CAFE
Konkan Café boasts a fine selection of Indian delights from the western coast. Modelled after a typical Mangalorean home, this inviting restaurant offers rustic delights such as a fresh seafood display and open bread kitchen. Prawn gassi, appams, and neer dosas are signature dishes.
OPEN
This Open air poolside restaurant offers a delectable variety of international grills and mouth watering creations in European, Chinese and Indian Flavors. It serves as an excellent alternate dining venue for guests while they enjoy the sea breeze under the starry skies.
THAI PAVILION
At Thai Pavilion, imaginative cuisine and soothing décor combine to create a memorable dining experience. Signature dishes include pla rad prik, raw papaya salad, phad thai Noodles, or steamed fish.

Located minutes away from the World Trade Centre, financial and business district, shopping and entertainment areas, the Taj President’s location amenities make it a popular meeting destination for conferences and formal events for up to 600 guests.
