HARBOUR BAR

An elegant and sophisticated retreat for a drink or an informal meal, Harbour Bar which opened its doors in 1933, is Mumbai's first licensed bar and has long been a city favourite. The Harbour Bar offers a classic ambience which has contemporary cues. An international food menu compliments the large selection of Champagnes offered by the glass, Cognacs and Martinis. Choose from a wide selection of cigars and the Rare Whiskey Collection. The exquisitely crafted cigar humidor holds the choicest Cuban cigars by Habanos and Davidoff. From rich and intense to woody, nutty and spicy flavours, the cigars offer a balanced blend of aroma and taste.

The accomplished bartenders and the select signature drinks from the first menu have made this bar a legend. This distinctive bar has long been a Mumbai favourite, providing a comfortable place to do business or simply relax over a drink and a good cigar.

MASALA KRAFT

It started with a dream of Chef Hemant Oberoi to retrace authentic Indian cuisine. It became “Masala” a circle of restaurants where time-tested ingredients are given a new life. Gone are the masks of butter, cream, and gravy. Instead we use extra virgin oil and researched preparation techniques to retain the authentic flavors.

The authentic experience starts with the hand washing ritual in brass containers, and is followed by the unique menus which feature signature dishes and piping hot phulkas (Indian bread) from the phulka trolley. The signature dishes include atta chicken and langarwali dal. We also recommend special wines which enhance the cuisine. The central feature is the interactive kitchen counter with separate stations for seafood and vegetarian fare.

Inspired by the six sigma tiffin service in Mumbai, the Mumbai Dabbawalahs (recognised the world over for their perfect delivery system), the Chef has introduced three signature Mumbai tiffins — non-vegetarian Bohri, non-vegetarian Parsi and vegetarian.

SEA LOUNGE

Walk back in time, in this charming and elegant lounge. Sea Lounge has always been a favourite for its creative cuisine - from introducing Scandinavian Open Sandwiches to Mumbai Street Food. Indulge in a lavish high tea buffet with delicious samosas and wontons as well as sweet delicacies from different Asian countries. Bombay Toasty and Bombay Chaats are the signature dishes. Chocolates, crepes and coffee also make a perfect accompaniment to an evening of Jazz from eight to midnight. 

SHAMIANA

Mumbai's favourite all-day dining restaurant offers a variety of Indian and International favourites from The South East Asian lunch box to Char Grilled Salmon and Shawarma to Rotisserie Chicken paired with wines. The Sunday Brunch offers a lavish spread of Indian, Western and Oriental fare. 

SOUK

Launched in the centenary year of the hotel, 2003, the Souk, was another pioneering effort by this legendary hotel. This fine dining restaurant offers one of the most stunning views; guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the Mumbai harbour speckled with boats, cityscapes of Gothic architecture and skyscrapers, as well as the majestic Gateway of India.

Another innovative dining experience is the exclusive ‘Casablanca’ which is hidden with in the open kitchen area. This private space is a gallery with a table setting for two. Available only on prior reservation, the chef recreates a magical evening with specially designed menu and designer cutlery and crockery. THE ZODIAC GRILL

The Zodiac Grill makes the perfect place to celebrate any occasion or to just enjoy a memorable meal. This signature culinary journey of The Zodiac Grill consists Ala Carte, Dégustation menus and the finest collection of single malts, Cognacs, Armagnacs, international spirits, liquers and wines. The signature desserts include the Kahlua Mousse and Camambert Dariole. From the designer tableware, to the lilting tunes of a pianist, and the magical ambience cast by a star-spangled dome to the glowing candlelit tables.

WASABI BY MORIMOTO

Overlooking the magnificent Gateway of India, the restaurant's menu offers a vast range of delectable vegetarian dishes besides the seafood selection flown in fresh from around the world - exotic Kumamoto oysters, shrimp tempura and sashimi at the Sushi Bar among others.
