A miniature white marble palace with a hundred windows, Jharokha, serves contemporary styled world cuisine with Asian and Mediterranean overtones. With stunning views of a City Palace and mesmerizing sunsets, this spacious 20 cover restaurant emanates a very relaxed and romantic ambience. Inspired by Jean Georges Vongerichten, the restaurant offers Asian cuisine with a western twist. Flavour is lent through infused olive oil as well as rubs and marinades created by blending Asian herbs and spices. Highlights of the menu include exotic seafood & meats such as soft-shelled crabs, Canadian Wild salmon, Halibut, Cod , Australian Lamb, King Scallops, Chilean Sea Bass, Manali Trout , Kochi Lobster, Japanese Quails and Muscovy Duck. Vegetarian specialties include a variety of fresh mushrooms, tofu, white asparagus, sugar snap peas and kalian.

The Amrit Sagar is the ideal place to enjoy traditional afternoon or light meals during the day. In the evenings, signature Martinis, Manhattans and cocktails, a grand collection of fine premium international spirits, single malts, cognacs, and cigars make this the perfect venue to unwind.
